Hot fire, decent ground beef, a dash of fresh ground pepper and maybe a hit of sea salt. I'll take a pass on the Wooster sauce on these grounds. That works even better for the group/efficiency mentality in effect here.</p>
<p>Emphasis there, folks: This is about grilling a bunch of burgers for a bunch of people, not assembling some omnivore's work of art for your own epicurean gratification. Keep it straightforward.</p>

<p>Con: Despite vaguely sci-fi architecture, many office parks have material and build quality that rivals your average Brazilian <em>favela</em>; how do you fit a decent grocery store in one?; soul-sucking realization that you're basically going to drive from one office park to another completely dsirupts out the idea of life-work balance.</p>
<p>I've seen something like this once in a while in Europe (the old Olympic Village in Munich isn't too far removed from this idea). It's not the worst idea ever, but it is kinda creepy.</p>

<p>Still two twinges of regret from missing out on two good opportunities on Cs; one was just over $10,000 in about 1997, one about $12,000 a few years later.
